Why this, rather than a platform
A search platform is very good at producing candidates and very poor at knowing which of them is worth your evening. The result is volume: more profiles, more messages, more time spent deciding that somebody is not right.
We would rather introduce you to one well-considered match than fifty near-misses.
So the work is inverted. Technology narrows a large field to a meaningful shortlist. A trained person then makes the calls that require judgement — nuance, context, character — and is accountable for every introduction they put in front of you.

A principal from our network gets to know you personally, and represents your interests from that point forward.

Your profile is assessed against a documented framework, applied the same way for everyone — combined with the judgement only a person can bring.
A considered introduction
You hear from your principal only when there is a genuine, well-reasoned case for compatibility. Silence between introductions is the system working, not stalling.

Your principal stays with you through the conversations that follow, for as long as they are useful.

When the commercial terms apply
During a search, you may consider several suitable matches. Being identified, presented or introduced to a match does not itself trigger the applicable commercial terms. A marriage resulting from an introduction made through Heavenly Matches is the formal gate at which the applicable marriage-success commercial process is triggered; the applicable contractual amount then becomes payable within the period specified in the applicable agreement.
The commercial terms are therefore linked to the marriage resulting from our introduction, not to the number of matches presented or accepted during the search.
