This website is owned and operated by Heavenly Matches Private Limited. References to "we", "us" and "Heavenly Matches" in these terms are references to that company.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to, or membership in, the Heavenly Matches service, and carries no cost or obligation. We may contact you about launch updates using the details you provide, in line with our Privacy Policy.

4. When commercial terms apply

Nothing on this website, and nothing about joining the waitlist or making an enquiry, creates a commercial obligation. During a search a candidate may consider several suitable matches. Being identified, presented or introduced to a match does not itself trigger the applicable commercial terms, and neither does Match Acceptance — the point at which a candidate and family decide to take a match forward — which is a stage in the introduction process rather than a commercial event.

A marriage resulting from an introduction made through Heavenly Matches is the formal gate at which the applicable marriage-success commercial process is triggered. The applicable contractual amount then becomes payable within the period specified in the applicable agreement.

The published service slabs are set out on our pages for candidates and parents. The amount that applies to a particular engagement, and every other commercial term — including how and when it is invoiced and paid — is governed by the applicable agreement rather than by this page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to disrupt it, submit false information, or access it in a manner not permitted by these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, design and branding, belongs to Heavenly Matches and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. No warranty

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of an introduction, of a match, or of any outcome.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and service evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above, and a fuller terms of service will accompany the launch of the full matching service.
